Summer Fun Results in Largest Donation to Date
Community Living Kawartha Lakes recipient of Community Partnership Contribution
For the past three years Community Living Kawartha Lakes has hosted a Summer Carnival. Each year, Scotiabank has supported Community Living Kawartha Lakes by providing matching funds for the total amount raised and staff support on the day of the event. Community Living clients and staff gratefully received a donation of over $4000 from their community partner Scotiabank.

A Resounding Success for Community Living Kawartha Lakes!
This year the Lindsay Central Exhibition created a new category for fair entries, Special Needs. No exhibitor fee was required and entries ranged from sewing projects to baking submissions. Several attendees of Community Living Kawartha Lakes Day Supports program entered and were the recipients of prizes. The quilt that was created in honour of Community Living Kawartha Lakes 45th Anniversary won 1st prize.
Congratulations to everyone who entered. Thank you for representing Community Living Kawartha Lakes.

The "Special Needs" Planning Group is an organization that is made up primarily of people who have direct links to the disabled community through family relationships and experiences.
