Family Connections Caregiver Registry
The Family Connections Caregiver Registry is a directory of screened caregivers who are available to provide family respite to adults and children with varying special needs and intellectual challenges. The caregivers are hired by the family and can provide respite care, specialized babysitting, developmental play, tutoring, and/or supervised outings.

Tri-County Family Home
The Tri-County Family Home (TCFH) service provides an opportunity for the adults we support to live in a family unit by matching them with screened family home providers. The individual lives in the provider's home - as part of the family - and the provider receives respite and support through TCFH staff. The Tri-County Family Home service offers a viable alternative for the individuals we support who find it challenging or isolating to live on their own.
